Lasagna is an ideal dish for children. Not only does it offer very versatile solutions since we can fill it with different ingredients, but it is also easy to chew and very tasty for the little ones in the house.
On our site we have developed a traditional baked lasagna, made with Bolognese sauce and pasta and following the traditional Italian recipe. Your kids will suck their fingers!
- 10 sheets of lasagna
- 400 g of minced lean meat and veal
- 250 g of crushed natural tomato
- 1 onion
- Salt, oil and sugar
- Olive oil
- 100 g of grated cheese
- Wheat flour
1- Follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the preparation of the pasta sheets. Heat two or three tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion.
2- When it is golden brown, add the minced meat, salt to taste and stir while the meat is being made.
3- Add the crushed tomato and a tablespoon of sugar to avoid being too acidic.
4- On the other hand, prepare a bechamel: melt a tablespoon of butter and another of flour in a pan, add milk while stirring until it thickens. Do not let it be too thick since you will have to put it in the oven later. There are those who add minced onion, it is another option.
5- To assemble the lasagna, pour a little oil in the bottom of a clay container and then arrange a few sheets until the base is covered.
6- Add the Bolognese sauce and top as many sheets of pasta. Repeat the operation according to the layers you want your lasagna to have.
7- Finally pour the béchamel on top and sprinkle grated cheese.
8- Let it cook a little in the oven at 200º and finally gratin.
